  • 30 Day November Challenge: Instructions:

    1. Print out both sheets (blow up as an image in Microsoft Word).
    2. Cut out daily challenges and put each piece of paper in a challenge bowl (you can decorate this too!)
    3. Every day pick out 1 new challenge from the bowl.
    4. Once you complete that day’s challenge tape it up to today’s date on the monthly chart.

    Let’s make this a fitness-filled November!

    It’s officially November and with the new month it’s time for new motivation to reach your goals! Use these daily challenges to get you started and remind you of all the things you want to accomplish. Write your goals and inspirations on the side or use this chart on a motivation board. I would LOVE to see how you all use the chart so if you do tag me in it or message me to let me know!! :) 

    If you want to customize this with your own daily fitness goals just flip over the pieces and write in your own goals, you can still use the blank calendar to tape up accomplished challenges! :)
